1. The service

HawkChat provides website live chat, team inbox, conversation management, AI-assisted responses or takeover features, lead capture, notifications, and related tools. Features may change as the service evolves.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when necessary.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use HawkChat to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, send unlawful or abusive content, or use the service in a manner that creates unreasonable security or operational risk.

4. Customer content and conversations

You retain responsibility for content and information submitted through your HawkChat workspace. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to provide that information to HawkChat and to use it through the service.

5. AI-assisted features

AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for configuring, reviewing, and using AI-assisted features appropriately for your business. HawkChat should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.

6. Third-party integrations

Some features may connect with third-party platforms such as Meta/Facebook or other external services. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

7. Fees and plans

Certain HawkChat features may require a paid plan. Pricing, usage limits, included features, and billing terms may be shown in the application or agreed with you separately. Unless otherwise required by law, charges already incurred are not refundable except as expressly stated in an applicable order or plan.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal, or product reasons.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of eligible account data.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HawkChat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HawkChat and Hawkglide Technologies FZE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
