Data Deletion Instructions
Use the steps below to request deletion of personal information or HawkChat account data, including data associated with connected services such as Meta or Facebook.

How to request deletion
- Email hello@hawkchat.io using the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address used with your HawkChat account.
- If applicable, include the name of your HawkChat workspace, connected website, or the Meta/Facebook account or Page associated with the request.
- We may ask you to verify your identity or your authority to act for the relevant workspace before processing the request.
What we will do
After validating the request, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal information and account data associated with the request, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate record-keeping purposes.
Connected Meta/Facebook data
If you used a Meta or Facebook integration with HawkChat, identify that connection in your request so we can locate the associated HawkChat data. Disconnecting an integration and deleting HawkChat-held data are separate actions, so a deletion request is the clearest way to ask us to remove eligible data from our systems.
Processing time
We will acknowledge deletion requests and process verified requests within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law and technical requirements.
